Driver
The candidate will be responsible for patient care off-campus. The drivers use facility vehicles to transport patients and/or personnel as needed. The candidate must be available to work any shift necessary and be on-call for an occasional weekend.
Drivers are required to perform the following duties:

Transport new patients to and from Ashley, including participating in interventions. Return the patient once their stay is completed.

Drive patients to all outside appointments.

Transport family members who participate in the weekend “Family Wellness Program.”

Assist disabled passengers into and out of vehicle.

Assist staff with pick-ups and deliveries.
-
Utilize cellular phone to communicate with Transportation Supervisor, other vehicles, and other staff members as needed.

Keep vehicles clean and serviced. Report damage, defects and needed repairs to supervisor.

Follow driving schedule; log additional trips; report behavior of passengers.

Participate in Quality Improvement program.

Learn and remain familiar with Ashley codes.

Provide comfort and answer questions regarding the upcoming patient experience at Ashley and act as an ambassador to the organization.

Use basic Microsoft Office tools to communicate and complete coursework and in-service activities.

Clinical Marketing Representative
Father Martin’s Ashley is seeking an experienced clinical marketing representative. If you have a
bachelor’s degree in marketing or a clinical discipline, AND are clinically credentialed or have addiction treatment marketing or related experience, we’d like to hear from you. This is a full-time, benefited position for Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. The successful candidate must reside in the region. This position requires extensive regional travel and overnights.

Dietary Aide
This is a part-time position; the days and hours may vary. The dietary aide assists in preparation of meals and maintains cleanliness and organization of the facility dining room.
Responsibilities Include
- Serve patients and staff from the cafeteria line, ensuring those on special diets receive the correct food groups.
- Serve soup, salad and desserts
- Brew coffee, fill juice containers and similar services
- Clean and reset tables at conclusion of each meal
- Sweep, vacuum or clean the floor area of the dining room. Wash windows, counter tops and sinks
- Clean machines in dining and kitchen areas, ensuring their hygienic and proper working condition
- Clean, sanitize and wash dishes
- Assist with food preparation when needed
- Deliver food and drinks to buildings on campus
- Participate in Quality Improvement activities

Program Service Assistant
Father Martin's Ashley has an opening for a Program Service Assistant. This position works with the clinical and medical staff, serving as a liaison to the patient community. Our team of PSAs facilitate cohesion and cooperation among the community and ensure that patients adhere to rules and attend all scheduled treatment events.
Responsibilities Include
- Assures patient attendance at assigned sessions, day, evening or night. Maintains seating charts and attendance documentation.
- Assists counselors with showing films, discussions, 12 Step meetings and morning reflections.
- Maintains order for a therapeutic community environment, providing for patient safety and well-being.
- Oversees patient telephone hour and assists with the visitation process
- Performs scheduled rounds on premises.
- Assists with patient luggage; removes unauthorized items.
- Assists clinical and medical staff with distributing patient material, including appointments and messages.
