 Lou Bantle Golf Classic

All proceeds benefit the Lou Bantle Scholarship Fund

The 11th Annual Lou Bantle Golf Classic was held on Thursday, October 6, 2011 at Bulle Rock Golf Course in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Proceeds benefit scholarships to active duty military who otherwise cannot afford treatment. Proceeds also benefit active duty military families to attend Father Martin's Ashley's Family Wellness and Children's programs. Click here to learn more about the importance of addiction treatment.

Designed by Pete Dye, Bulle Rock is Zagat ranked among the nation's Top 50 golf courses. More than 110 golfers joined us for a magnificent day of golf, competition, fellowship, and delicious food.

Golf Classic honors Lou Bantle and his family, longtime Ashley supporters.

Louis F. Bantle’s commitment to advancing the mission of compassion
ate alcohol and drug addiction treatment throughout the world is legendary. He was Chairman of the International Institute for Alcoholism Education and Training, the Chair man Emeritus of the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council in Connecticut, and has served on many other boards and committees in the treatment field, including Father Martin’s Ashley from 1991 to 1999. Lou passed away on October 10, 2010.
