Most patients come to us for outpatient treatment following a DWI offense. You may enroll yourself or be referred by your attorney.
The first step is evaluation by a certified specialist who will determine whether the 12-week education program or 26-week treatment program is appropriate for you.

Please complete the registration form before your evaluation appointment. Submit it here online, fax it or bring it with you to the evaluation appointment. The evaluation appointment is required before you can begin attending sessions.
Once assigned to the 12 or 26-week program, you will attend one session per week on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evening, 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Costs

Evaluation and recommendation, $75.00 or $50.00 with enrollment
